By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing this program, you (“the Buyer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Single-User Access

  • Access to this program is licensed to one (1) individual only.

  • The Buyer may not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense their login credentials or program access with any other individual, group, or entity.

  • Any account found to be sharing access will be terminated without refund.

2. Intellectual Property Protection

  • All video, audio, written content, and downloadable materials included in this program are the intellectual property of Alison Events, Lynden Lane, Sean Thomas Photography, and Peyton Frank Films.

  • No portion of the program may be downloaded, copied, screen-recorded, transcribed, or otherwise duplicated by the Buyer for personal or commercial use.

  • The Buyer may not upload or distribute any part of the content to third-party platforms, websites, or shared storage.

3. Prohibited Use of Educational Content

  • The Buyer may not use, adapt, or repurpose the contents of this program to create or deliver their own workshops, courses, seminars, coaching programs, mentorship sessions, or speaking engagements in any format (online, phone, in-person, or otherwise).

  • This includes, but is not limited to, paraphrasing the material or passing off the insights or frameworks as one’s own educational curriculum.

4. Enforcement & Penalties

  • Unauthorized sharing, duplication, or teaching of the content will result in immediate removal from the program, forfeiture of all fees paid, and potential legal action for intellectual property infringement.

  • We reserve the right to investigate and pursue damages if the terms of use are violated.

5. Modifications

  • These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. Any updates will be communicated via the email used during registration. Continued use of the program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
